I have some really good news.I did obtain some parts from the auction and the ones that were in to big of bundle for me to be able to afford I got the names of the people that will have the things we need. Two of the things that I did purchase were very important for you our customers. One is the blue prints and schematics to all of the Pilgrim units. What this means is no matter if we repair your unit or someone else does the amount of labor you would be charged" more so from other repair shops "should be greatly reduced. Tim and I know these units but with other repair shops they kind of tear things apart and start a process of elimination until they figure out the schematics, where as this way if you have the prints on hand it should greatly reduce your repair bill. The second thing I bought that should have came with your unit in my opinion is the owners manuals for Pilgrim units. I believe that they either for some unknown reason forgot they spent about a $100,000.00 on having these made up or it was possibly more lucrative for the dealer not to put them in your unit so you would be much more likely to take your unit to them and have things fixed that you could have done yourself.I don't know this for sure I just can't under stand why they would sell someone a very expensive RV and not give them the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the proper operations of there purchase. If I would have been able to get them for free as most of you should know I would just give them to you because they should have come with your unit and everyone needs the owners manual for there unit. But I didn't so who ever would like one there $10.00 this will cover me paying someone to fill out , package, and then ship them to you.If I had the time I would do them myself so I could make them a little bit cheaper but there are so many people that need them it's not possible. That and my hands get cramped up easy.(Old Age I Guess) I hope this will help every one.
As Always Thank You
Jim and Tim
