Hi i purchased a 2005 travel trailer from Promo Travel Traiso no lers In Ottawa Canada was quite pleased with the purchase from a very honest and reliable
dealer and after the purchase i went to
the trailer shows to help promote Pilgrim .I cannot tell you how surprised i was after learning that Primo had lost the dealership after placing there order for 2007and8 model year and was not informed by Pilgrim I also know the dealer that got the product and i will tell you that i will never recommend any one to them . I believe that this was not an acceptable business practice
I want to know where i go for service now for i wont be going to the dealership in question. It is a great trailer and i have had very few problems with it so far just the back window replaced
as the slide handle broke on the vent window sheesh change a whole window for that but it was done so no comp;aints about hte trailer just the Open Road management
