Hi everyone

the campgrounds we spoke too when we were there said stick to June or august. July is apparently EXTREMELY CROWDED.
Claybaughs and Creekside both were interested __________________

We are going to stay at Creekside in two weeks. Plan to also look around at other CGs. Will report back what we find.

Either week is good for us. Just let us know. It would probably be best if at all possible to stay somewhere that is one the trolley line. Especially during a busy time of the year like that. The less you have to drive in the mess, the better off you are. You can get anywhere you want to go in the trolleys. I think that Clabough's & Creekside are both on the trolley line. Let us know what you need help with and we will be happy to oblige. Steve, Jodi & Kayla P.S. Congratulations to your Cardinals on the World Series win last night. We turned the TV off right after the 3rd out. We just couldn't stomache watching the celebration. We are still proud of our Tigers though!!!! |

Steve works for Norfolk Southern. He's got a LONG WAY to go till retirement though (like 25 years).  Since your husband is retired you should be able to make it to the rally in Pigeon Forge!!! It's a good time. Last year we met a lot of really great people and made a lot of new friends and had a blast. Can't wait for the 07 rally!!! If the rally is in July, the 18-22 would be the best date for us. If it would be in June, the first full week of June would be the best date for us. We spent a week in Pigeon Forge last year the first week in June and it wasn't crowded at all. We will try and come whatever date is decided upon. Looking forward to meeting everyone at the rally. Hi Everyone
I hope this works for everyone, but the Rally dates will be June 25th thru 29th. We will be staying at the KOA. I will be finalizing everything with the KOA on Wednesday. If anyone wants to start reserving sites the # is 1-800-562-7703. We will be reserving under Pilgrim International Rally. My family and I will be arriving on the 24th and be departing on the 30th. We have already booked our reservation at the KOA in Pigeon Forge for the week that Kevin mention in his earlier posting. This is the same week that we will be attending some family actives in this aea. Kevin, if you need help in any way please feel free to contact me. Are there any GOLFERS in the group? Thanks, I will be getting in touch with you. I have your Phone # and your E-Mail address. Gaurdrail, Sorry about that. I didn't know there used to be two. Tom, Thanks for the info on the KOAs Web site. To Everyone, Tom is right, the KOA will be closing the end of November but you can reserve online at the KOA web site. They told me that when you reserve you should put a note in the comment section that this is for the Pilgrim Rally. That way our reservation should be kept together. We will be camping @ Clabaugh's @ the same time with a group from work, will it be ok to stop by I don't find to many Open Road owners in my area so far I have only met 1 while camping.
