Ok heres the story here. I have been talking to the past service manager from Pilgrim and he has been helping me find the right motor. Well ADTH does not make this 1RV-200 any more. Its a light duty and has many gear box failures. Lippert used these on almost all the landing gears made in the early Open Road years. Lippert contacted me back with a cross reference motor that will work and its on there web site as part number 142178 for $ 315.00. In further research I found that its a Venture M-9000-PK. I have located a supplier called Class A Customs in Bristol Indiana that sells this motor for $ 89.00 plus $ 5.95 shipping. Good luck and I hope this helps anyone that has to replace one. These coaches are hard to hand crank up. Its easy to install 2 screws and connecting two wires. May be worth have one as a spare if you have an ADTH on your coach.

P.S. bkrag you were lucky they found the same but from what I found out you may be back in the same boat sooner or later. You were also right that lippert used them on other makes also.  With this Venture motor going to a motor on the other side may not be cost effective personal decision.
