We keep hearing a lot about leaks. So if any of you folks are interested Tim and I will be going out on the road for a few customers that really need our help, and if you are with in a few hundred miles of our route we would be happy to stop and do a PM and figure out what is going on with all these leaks. But if you notice there haven't been any leaks from the folks that have been getting regular PM work ups.I have never told anyone wrong about the importance of preventative maintenance. The only difference is, the ones that have them done will end up spending about 80% less on repairs then those who saved a little bit in the beginning by thinking just because they don't see any thing it don't exist.Over the last three weeks I have gotten so many phone calls and e-mails from folks that didn't get them done this winter while we were out.Everything from there trim is starting to drop down, walls are separating, shorts in the electrical because water got in where it wasn't sealed up tight. Now they don't know what to do because a few of them are looking at wall changes at about 8 to 10 thousand dollars a wall, and the worst part is they thought there extended warranty would cover this and as far as I know none of the warranties have ever covered a wall change and insurance won't cover them if it is do to neglect of maintenance.Only if it was involved in a accident or act of GOD will insurance cover them.So as we say if you don't have us do it please have another certified Pilgrim repairman get your units stripped and resealed or at least looked over.We will be heading towards Texas again in a few weeks and would like to get a trip to the far west as we have some folks out there that need us but with out enough jobs it's just not possible so if your any where in these areas please let us know if you want us to stop by.team61@verizon.net or call (574) 202-5461 or (574) 533-5207
Thank You As Always
Jim And Tim
