Hi Everyone,
This is Jim. I was pretty sick there for a while and didn't take on as many jobs as I would have liked to,but were back in full swing and trying to get customers taken care of that we didn't get to over the winter. We are scheduling customers for Preventative Maintenance Work ups and repairs for this spring and summer. Also I want to "Thank All Of You" for the kind things you have said about our services, our workmanship, and most of all how you all have treated us.It's been a great winter and we had just enough work to keep us afloat till spring and in this economy when you can pay your bills at the end of the month and still treat folks fair. It's a great feeling. One thing we saw over the winter is there has only been one unit out of over a hundred that didn't need to be stripped and resealed so please if you do nothing else this spring get a PM and your units resealed, because even if you don't think you have a potential problem getting ready to arise you should at least read all the posts from the jobs we done this winter.I have always said it's easier to pay a little now then a lot later. So the tip for the spring is get your units resealed if not by us at least by someone that knows the proper material to use and the proper way to apply the seal. You can always reach us at team61@verizon.net or by calling (574)533-5207 or (574) 202-5461 Thanks again for a great winter.
Thank You
Jim and Tim
