Need parts

I have an Open Road 332 RKS. I blew a tire on the interstate and really messed up the side of my trailer. I need a new fender skirt and do not know where to get one. Any help out there would be much appreciated. Post or email please

We have been wanting to sell our Open Road, but knowing the closure of the Factory effects the price of our unit, is there any advice on selling and getting the REAL value of the Open Road 5th Wheel. Not wanting to take too big of a loss just because the factory shut down.

We have a 2007 Open Road 378SA4S and love the unit, but faced with the financial times we must part with it, the sad thing is I would buy an Open Road again if times got better, but would have no where to turn...

Lippert frame survey

Just thought I would pass this along on this forum. The RVnet forum/ Good Sam forum, under fifth wheels, is running a survey, more or less, from people who have experienced frame and running gear problems with Lippert products. After reading the posts that are already there, it appears the cracking problem is wide spread and not just with Open Road/Pilgrim products. Clear Clearance Lights

My 2006 Open Road has four clear "clearance" lights on the front cap, that of course aren't used as clearance lights. However, all four of the lenses are cracked.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know where I can get replacement lenses for these?

Hi All, just signed up, and have been reading a lot,but my Microwave just went on the blink, no power at all, I have checked the breakers, and all fuses that I can find, but I can not find the wires that go to the micro. most all the other RV's have a wire that plugs into a receptical, but not this one, at least I can't find it !! anyone have any Ideas ??? Asbestos in old trailers

My wife and I found an old 1970 Model Open Road 20 foot travel trailer for sale locally. We are just getting started with this so we want to get an older one and start from there. The trailer is in pretty fair shape with no real issues. My question is do these things have asbestos in them? Lubing Slide outs

We have a 08 Legends 37qb that has been a pretty reliable fifth wheel. Recently we started to notice a different sound when we put our main slide out. It's not a grinding type sound just different than before. We had Jim and Tim re-caulk ours but we never discussed lubing our slide outs. How often does everyone do this.

Many thanks Phil. Pictures saved a thousand words. Looks like someone added the vertical 1/8 inch reinforcement supports and bolted them in correctly yet completely forgot to complete any of the standard welds/bolts.

30 amp RV Detachable cord . Has anyone done this and if so what do you think?

Stabilizer Question - OPen Road Owner

Has anyone put a stabilizer unit on their 5th wheel. I am looking at the JT system, the Steadyfast system or the Eliminator system. Any advice? I am assuming that I have to move the spare tire as it is mounted underneath the trailer between the front jacks. Has anyone mounted their spare on the back of the trailer?

I own a 2004 Open Road.

Plastic Lens Cover/Utility Light Cover

I mentioned this in a post some months ago. No response. Trying again to find the same part. This is the clear lens on the front of our unit by the LP tanks. This is not a universal part and I really didn't want to have to replace the whole recepticle. The whole recepticle is only about 20 bucks, but I was trying to avoid all the labor, re-sealing of the part and the wiring...blah, blah, blah...I believe all of the Pilgrim units lense covers are the same size. This is for an 07' 27RLS...

cable jacks on the side of the trailer

For as much as I know about my 2004 357 Open Road, one thing that still baffles me are the two cable wire jacks on the side of the trailer. Neither one is labeled as to what to hook up to it. I assume one is for cable TV and the other for a satellite dish. Anyone know which is which?
