			<description><![CDATA[ Well...more axle issues on my 332 RKS. I verified that Pilgrim, or Lippert or dealer put two 4400 lb Dexter axles on my 332 RKS that has a GVWR of 14,000 lbs.!
Now mind you, we are full timers so our weight is 13,000 lbs. This 5th wheel has a weight of more than 8800 lbs. dry. Where do I go now?? I bought the unit
new. This is something that I thought a customer would not have to deal with. I guess that &quot;let the buyer beware&quot; goes for ALL parts of a machine,

			<description><![CDATA[ Kudos, kudos, kudos!!!! Jim just left my site (central FL). He and his son-in-law, Jerimy, did a PM, a pin box inspection and a complete reseal of the entire
unit including my roof. I have a 2004 332 RKS and we are full timers. I have never dealt with a more through and quality oriented individual. He and Jerimy
spent two days at my trailer and &quot;turned to&quot; the entire time plus he drove 1100 miles to get here.. His price to me was extremely reasonable for the

			<title><![CDATA[ SLIDEOUT MOTOR ADJUSTMENT ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Our &#39;06 is a 30&#39; 5&#39;er with a bed slideout. Occasionally, the bed slide will not come in, but the motor will bump against the screw gear. I can
raise the mattress, unscrew the plywood flooring, and use a crescent wrench to turn the hex-head of the screw drive maybe two or three times, not rounds, but
just maybe a total of a 1/3 to 1/2 round, and the motor will engage with the room  working fine. Anyone know if there is a way to adjust the clutch-drive to
take up this loose play?... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ Leaking problem ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ We have a 2007 349RL Open Road. Our living space is in the rear. On each side of the camper along the edge of the carpet is a leak. Same area on each side.

We removed the trim on each side and replaced the putty. resealed it and also recaulked the roof in some areas that looked suspect. The walls on the inside of
the camper are not soft or wet. The slides on each side do not show signs of leaking the floor is not wet anywhere else. We removed the plastic underneath the

			<description><![CDATA[ Has anyone had problems with their Dimplex electric fireplace?  Our heater/blower ?? quit working and the repairman said Dimplex is known for problems.  Also,
when we turn the fireplace off by the remote, it has been known to turn itself back on unless we also turn the on/off toggle switches off.  He expressed some
major concern over that being a safety issue.  Anyone have similar experience?  Thanks. ]]></description>

and start from there. The trailer is in pretty fair shape with no real issues. My question is do these things have asbestos in them? Might the Vinyl flooring

			<description><![CDATA[ We have a 08 Legends 37qb that has been a pretty reliable fifth wheel. Recently we started to notice a different sound when we put our main slide out. It&#39;s
not a grinding type sound just different than before. We had Jim and Tim re-caulk ours but we never discussed lubing our slide outs. How often does everyone do
